    Notice: we have recently updated our returns policy due to some confusion with the policy regarding returns shipping charges, please ensure you familiarise yourself with the below.

    If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange for the part.

    You can return a product for up to 14 days from the date you purchase it.

    Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.

    Even though ALL our parts are tested prior to dispatch, please test the part by connecting the part to your device prior to completing the repair.

    For items purchased through our store, we cover the postage charge for the customer.
    For items returned to our store because of a part fault, we cover postage charges.
    For items returned to our store because of user error (ordering the wrong part) and wishing to exchange for the correct item, we cover the first postage charge and only charge for the second postage charge. 
    For items returned to our store because of user error (ordering the wrong part) and not wishing to exchange for the correct item, we will deduct the initial postage fee (our cost to send you the item).
     
    To summarise, if the return was a result of our fault, we cover postage, if the return is a result of customer-error we don’t cover postage when refunding.
