How easy is it to replace phone parts myself?
You can quite easily replace most phone parts yourself assuming you have the required tools and an easy to follow guide for the repair. In terms of iPhone screen replacements, we provide you with everything you need to replace the screen yourself including the tool kit.
How much will postage cost?
We don’t charge any shipping or postage charges across our entire store. We ship all our orders for free through regular post via Australia Post. If you require express post, we will charge you a small surcharge.
I ordered the wrong part, can I get it replaced?
If it’s been within 14 days since your order and you have realised you accidentally purchased the wrong part, we will happily exchange your part for the correct one or provide a refund. Extra postage fees apply. For more information please refer to our returns policy.
Do you have warranty?
Yes for all retail purchases we provide a full 2 year warranty on all parts. For our wholesale customers we provide up to a lifetime warranty. For more information please refer to our warranty information.
