Standard Parcel Post
- Estimated 0–5 business days after dispatch.
- WA, TAS, NT and rural areas may experience longer delivery times.
Express Parcel Post
- Estimated 0–3 business days after dispatch.
Shipping Delays
We aim to dispatch all orders promptly, but delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control—such as weather events, peak holiday volumes, or Australia Post disruptions.
Tracking Information
Tracking numbers are sent via email once your order is dispatched. Please note it may take several hours for tracking to become visible in Australia Post’s system.
Incorrect Delivery Information
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or redelivery costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at sales@onlinemobileparts.com.au within 7 days of delivery. We’ll investigate with the carrier and work to resolve the issue fairly and promptly.
Disclaimer – Lithium Battery Orders
Australia Post does not allow lithium-ion batteries to travel via air. All orders containing batteries must be sent by road. Standard delivery timeframes apply.
Orders Containing Backordered Items
If your order contains both in-stock and backordered items, the entire order will be held until the backordered item arrives. We do not split-ship orders.
Order Pickups
We do not currently offer in-store retail pickups at this time. All orders are shipped from our Brisbane warehouse.
