Shipping Delays

We aim to dispatch all orders promptly, but delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control - for example weather events, peak holiday volumes, or Australia Post disruptions.

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery times are the responsibility of Australia Post and outside our control.

Tracking Information

Tracking numbers are sent via email once your order is dispatched. Please note it may take up to 24 hours for tracking to become visible in Australia Post’s network.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or redelivery costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us at sales@onlinemobileparts.com.au within 7 days of delivery. If your parcel has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible so we can open an investigation with Australia Post on your behalf.

Disclaimer – Lithium Battery Orders

Australia Post does not allow lithium-ion batteries to travel via air. All orders containing batteries must be sent by road. Standard delivery timeframes apply.

Orders Containing Backordered Items

If your order contains both in-stock and backordered items, the entire order will be held until the backordered item arrives. We do not split-ship orders.

Order Pickups

We do not currently offer in-store pickups. All orders are shipped from our Brisbane warehouse.
