Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions, the following words have the meanings set out below.
- Online Mobile Parts, OMP, we, us, our means Online Mobile Parts, the owner and operator of this website.
- Website means onlinemobileparts.com.au and any related pages or services we control.
- You, your means the person using the website or placing an order.
- Order means a purchase of goods made through the website or by phone.
- Goods, parts means the products we sell.
- Business day means Monday to Friday, excluding Queensland public holidays.
General Use of the Website
You must use the website in a lawful manner. Do not interfere with the website or attempt to access another user’s information. We may change or withdraw any part of the website at any time.
Account holders are responsible for keeping login details secure and for all activity under their account.
Orders and Payment
- Placing an order is an offer to buy goods. We accept the offer when we charge your payment method and send an order confirmation.
- We may refuse or cancel an order for any reasonable reason, including stock errors or suspected fraud. If payment has been taken, we will refund it.
- Payment methods are shown at checkout. By paying, you confirm you are authorised to use the selected method.
Pricing and Currency
- All prices are in Australian dollars. GST is included unless noted.
- Prices can change without notice. The price at checkout is the price that applies to your order.
- Promotions and coupon codes may have additional conditions. If a code is invalid or expired, it will not apply.
Delivery
Dispatch cut off is 12:00 PM AEST on business days. Orders placed after that time ship the next business day. Delivery options, costs, estimates, and limits are set out in our Delivery Policy. Once dispatched, transit times are the responsibility of Australia Post.
Returns and Refunds
Change of mind rules, timeframes, shipping responsibilities, and conditions are set out in our Returns Policy. Please follow the steps there before sending anything back.
Warranty
All parts include a 2 year warranty for manufacturing faults. Coverage, exclusions, claim steps, and shipping responsibilities are set out in our Warranty Policy. For screens, do not remove the QR code sticker. Removing it will void the warranty.
Product Information and Compatibility
- Product photos are for reference. Minor variations in packaging or appearance can occur.
- You are responsible for ordering the correct part for your device. If unsure, contact us before you buy.
- Professional installation is recommended. We are not liable for damage during installation or use with incompatible devices.
Liability and Limitations
- To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to replacing the goods, supplying equivalent goods, repairing the goods, or refunding the cost of the goods.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of data, loss of profits, or labour and repair costs connected to installation or removal of parts.
- Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. You agree to the jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting a new version on this page. The updated Terms apply to all use of the website and to orders placed after the date of posting.
Mobile Terms of Service
Online Mobile Parts

The Online Mobile Parts mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Online Mobile Parts (“Online Mobile Parts”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to Online Mobile Parts’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Online Mobile Parts through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Online Mobile Parts. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.
You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to OMP AU or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Online Mobile Parts mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.
The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
